Steven joined Marquee Funding group in April 2022. Steven began his career in October 2019 working for Bolour Associates. During his tenure with Bolour Steven worked his up the Lending Department, leading originations, placing over $100 million worth of commercial and residential debt, while gaining a background in development and entitlement.
Steven earned his Master’s in Real Estate Development while holding a Bachelor of Science in Regional Urban Development with a Minor in Business Administration from The University of Arizona. During his time at the University, Steven honed his skills in real estate finance, construction management, due diligence, and entitlements. He continually uses these skills to help Marquee grow its Debt platform and evaluate prospective loans for the company.
